  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. stale breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c. cold flaked salmon
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • few grains pepper

Directions

    Cook milk and breadcrumbs for 10 minutes.

    Add salmon, chopped and run through sieve.

    Add cream, egg, butter, salt and pepper.
