- 1/2 c. cold flaked salmon
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- few grains pepper
Directions

1Cook milk and breadcrumbs for 10 minutes.

2Add salmon, chopped and run through sieve.
