- 2 Tbsp. safflower oil
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
- 6 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 c. cooked, flaked salmon (10 oz.)
Directions

1Cook sliced potato in boiling water, 5 to 6 minutes, until tender.
