  • 2 c. diced zucchini
  • 1/2 c. small tubular shaped pasta
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red ???
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots

Directions

    Combine ingredients in a large pan; bring to a boil.

    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes until pasta is done, stirring occasionally.
