  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. shallots, sliced
  • 6 very thin slices tomato
  • 6 very thin slices lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions

    Spread shallots on fillets.

    Drizzle oil on fillets.

    Put 3 slices tomato on each and 3 slices lemon on each fillet.

    Place wine over fillets and sprinkle with parsley.

    Heat oven to 475°. In greased pan, cook fillets uncovered for 6 minutes.
