- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. shallots, sliced
- 6 very thin slices tomato
- 6 very thin slices lemon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 4 Tbsp. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Spread shallots on fillets.

2Drizzle oil on fillets.

3Put 3 slices tomato on each and 3 slices lemon on each fillet.

4Place wine over fillets and sprinkle with parsley.

5Heat oven to 475°. In greased pan, cook fillets uncovered for 6 minutes.
