Ingredients

  • 1 tall can salmon
  • 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Drain salmon and remove skin and bones.

    Mash fine.

    Add all ingredients and mix well.

    Place in greased casserole and bake in moderate oven at 375°, about 1 hour.
