- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. bread crumbs (fine)
- 2 c. flaked salmon (1 lb. can)
Directions

1Combine condiments and mix well.

2Add salmon and bread crumbs. Bake in a greased 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan for 1 hour at 350°.

3Garnish with curly endive, lemon and cucumber twist, if desired.
