Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. bread crumbs (fine)
  • 2 c. flaked salmon (1 lb. can)

Directions

    Combine condiments and mix well.

    Add salmon and bread crumbs. Bake in a greased 8 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan for 1 hour at 350°.

    Garnish with curly endive, lemon and cucumber twist, if desired.
