  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. salmon or tuna flakes
  • 1 c. Medium White Sauce
  • 1/2 c. top milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Add lemon juice to salmon; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in greased baking dish at 350° until brown and set, about 30 minutes. Serves 6.
