- 1 (15 oz.) can red salmon, flaked
- 1 c. milk, scalded
- 1 1/2 ___ or more bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. oil or melted margarine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. mustard (optional)
- 1 onion (optional)
Directions

1Save juice from flaked salmon to go with the cup of milk.

2Mix all together.

3Put in a loaf pan.

4Set pan in another larger pan of water to bake.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
