- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. minced onions
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dill
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine all other ingredients.

2Place in well-greased baking pan, or shape into loaf on greased baking pan.

3Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
