- 1 can salmon
- 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 3 tsp. melted margarine
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, separated
Directions

1Remove dark skin and bones from salmon.

2Flake with fork.

3Add cracker crumbs, margarine, tomato juice, onions, paprika and salt to salmon.

4Mix well.

5Separate egg yolks to salmon mixture.

6Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

7Pour into well-greased 1-quart casserole dish and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
