- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter/margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Directions

1Flake salmon, discarding skin and bones.

2In a bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, chopped onion, butter, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4Combine milk and egg.

5Add to salmon mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf in a greased shallow baking pan or in a greased loaf pan.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

7Serves 4.
