- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

3Spoon into buttered loaf pan.

4Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

5Serve with Cream Sauce hot or cold.
