- 1 egg
- liquid from salmon + milk to make 3/4 c.
- 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Flake salmon; blend in egg.

2Stir in liquid from salmon and milk.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Spoon lightly into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
