- 1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
Directions

1Flake salmon with a fork.

2Combine with other ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

3Pour mixture into a greased pan or casserole dish.

4Do not cover.

5Position pan in center of barbecue grate and cook 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
