  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 slightly beaten egg white

Directions

    Flake salmon, discarding bones.

    Combine salmon, bread crumbs, chopped onion, oleo, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Combine milk and egg.

    Shape into a loaf and bake at 350° in a greased loaf pan for 35 to 45 minutes.

    If desired, serve with cheese sauce.
