- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 slightly beaten egg white
Directions

1Flake salmon, discarding bones.

2Combine salmon, bread crumbs, chopped onion, oleo, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4Combine milk and egg.

5Shape into a loaf and bake at 350° in a greased loaf pan for 35 to 45 minutes.

6If desired, serve with cheese sauce.
