Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground sausage (hot), browned
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can chopped black olives
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
  • olive oil

Directions

    Brown and drain sausage.

    Add green and red peppers, olives, dressing mix, sour cream and cheeses.

    Stir together.

    Lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil, leaving almost no oil on shell.

    Place shells into muffin tin cups.

    Bake empty for 5 minutes at 350°.

    Remove from oven.

    Fill shells with about a tablespoon of sausage mixture.

    Return filled shells to the oven for 6 to 7 minutes or until the cheeses have melted and the shells are golden brown.
