  • 2 cans salmon
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained and cut up
  • 4 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 2 c. grated American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
  • 2 c. bread crumbs, softened with 1 c. hot milk
  • pepper and paprika

    Mix together and bake in slightly greased loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until loaf feels real firm to your touch.
