- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

1Warm hot milk and butter together.

2Combine salmon (flaked), eggs, seasonings and milk; mix.

3Add warm milk and butter; mix. Put in loaf and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
