  • 1 tall can red salmon
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Warm hot milk and butter together.

    Combine salmon (flaked), eggs, seasonings and milk; mix.

    Add warm milk and butter; mix. Put in loaf and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
