  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 c. fresh bread crumbs (4 slices)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley, minced

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.

    Place in a greased loaf pan.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
