- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 c. fresh bread crumbs (4 slices)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. parsley, minced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.

3Place in a greased loaf pan.

4Bake 35 to 40 minutes; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
