- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon.

2Save liquid.

3Pour milk over bread crumbs and let stand 5 minutes.

4Add salmon, liquid, minced onion, eggs, salt and pepper.

5Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven or until firm.

6Unmold and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
