- 1 lb. can salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 TBSP. onion, chopped
- 1 TBSP. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1In a bowl; combine salmon, crumbs, onion, butter and salt. Combine milk and egg; add to salmon mixture and mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf on a greased shallow baking pan or in a loaf pan.

2Bake at 350° for 35-40 min.
