  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion

Directions

    Pour off salmon liquid.

    Combine all ingredients plus 3 tablespoons salad oil.

    Shape into loaf and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
