- 3 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
Directions

1Pour off salmon liquid.

2Combine all ingredients plus 3 tablespoons salad oil.
