  • 1 large can salmon (save liquid)
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 3 slices bread (crumbs)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 small can milk

Directions

    Grease pan with margarine.

    Combine canned milk with liquid from salmon.

    Mix all ingredients well; shape and bake in a loaf pan at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.
