- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 3 slices bread (crumbs)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 small can milk

1Grease pan with margarine.

2Combine canned milk with liquid from salmon.

3Mix all ingredients well; shape and bake in a loaf pan at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.
