Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (small box)
  • 1/2 pkg. Stove Top seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp grated onion (optional)
  • 1 16 oz. can salmon, including juice
  • 1 Tbsp grated green pepper (optional)
  • 2 c. cubed chicken
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix and pour over first half of bread cubes.

    Add remaining cubes.

    Beat 2 eggs slightly and add 1 1/2 c. milk and pour over top of mixture and let stand 1 hour or over night.

    When ready to use, spoon 1 can of cream of mushroom soup over.

    Sprinkle buttered cubes over top.
