- 1 lb. can salmon
- milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Drain liquid from salmon into measuring cup.

3Add milk to make 3/4 cup.

4Flake salmon to remove bones and skin.

5Blend in egg; stir in remainder of ingredients.

6Spoon lightly into greased loaf pan or dish.

7Bake 45 minutes.

8Serve with lemon wedges.
