  • 1 lb. salmon
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Drain salmon; add it to the other liquids.

    Bake in loaf pan for 1 hour at 375°.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
