- 2 c. canned salmon
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. fat and 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Add the beaten egg yolks, bread crumbs, lemon juice and seasonings to the flaked salmon.

2Mix thoroughly and fold in beaten egg whites.

3Mold and bake about 1/2 hour in a 350° oven. Crumbs over loaf make it brown nicely.
