  • 1 lb. can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or lemon juice (optional)

Directions

    Combine salmon, crumbs, onion, margarine and salt in a bowl. Combine milk and egg and mix thoroughly.

    Shape into a greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
