- 1 lb. can salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. cracker crumbs (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or lemon juice (optional)
Directions

1Combine salmon, crumbs, onion, margarine and salt in a bowl. Combine milk and egg and mix thoroughly.

2Shape into a greased loaf pan.

3Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
