- 2 c. flaked salmon
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk or salmon liquid
- 2 c. bread cubes
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon and save liquid.

2Add enough milk to make 1 cup. Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth.

3Add liquid.

4Cook and stir until thickened.

5Flake salmon; add white sauce.

6Then add other ingredients.

7Shape into a loaf and put in a greased dish. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
