  • 2 c. flaked salmon
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk or salmon liquid
  • 2 c. bread cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Drain salmon and save liquid.

    Add enough milk to make 1 cup. Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth.

    Add liquid.

    Cook and stir until thickened.

    Flake salmon; add white sauce.

    Then add other ingredients.

    Shape into a loaf and put in a greased dish. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
