- 1 can salmon (15 1/2 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2/3 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. liquid (fish juice and water)
Directions

1Drain salmon; discard skin and bones.

2Save juice.

3Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients.

4Mix well.

5Pack firmly into a greased loaf pan.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until light brown and firm.
