- 1 (No.1) can salmon (2 c.)
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions

1Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.

2Combine all except parsley and pecans.

3Chill several hours.

4Roll into roll.

5Mix parsley and nuts and roll salmon in mix.

6Chill well. Serve with favorite crackers.
