Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 cans salmon, drained and boned
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 3 c. soft bread cubes, packed
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. celery, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small can chicken gravy

Directions

    Flake up salmon and add tuna.

    Add beaten eggs, flour, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Add celery, bread and milk.

    Mix well. Put in a buttered casserole.

    Top with a small can of chicken gravy.

    Bake in 400° oven for about 30 minutes.

    You can put this in microwave instead and bake until done.
