- 1 large can salmon or 2 c. cooked fish
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 7 or 8 crackers, crushed
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. mayo
Directions

1Saute celery in a little butter to soften.

2Mix everything together.

3Add a little milk, if it seems stiff.

4Bake in buttered casserole at 350° for 45 minutes, until brown.
