  • 1 large can salmon or 2 c. cooked fish
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 7 or 8 crackers, crushed
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. mayo

Directions

    Saute celery in a little butter to soften.

    Mix everything together.

    Add a little milk, if it seems stiff.

    Bake in buttered casserole at 350° for 45 minutes, until brown.
