- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Put in buttered ring mold.

3Set in pan of water.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Unmold on platter. Fill center with green vegetables.
