- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 lb. can salmon
- 3 slices soft bread, cut into small cubes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Beat eggs in small bowl.

2Drain salmon; remove skin and bones and flake.

3Add salmon, bread, salt and butter to eggs.

4Heat milk to lukewarm and add to salmon mixture.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Place in a greased loaf pan.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Yields 6 to 8 servings.
