Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 large can salmon
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle

Directions

    Drain salmon and add enough milk to make 1 cup liquid.

    Mix all ingredients together and put into small greased loaf pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 400° oven.
