- 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen baby peas
- 1/2 c. finely chopped purple onion
- 1/4 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Directions

1This recipe tastes best if prepared at least a couple of hours ahead of serving time.

2Pour baby peas into bowl large enough to allow mixing of other ingredients.

3Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble to fairly small bits.

4Chop onion finely.

5When peas are unfrozen but still quite cold, add onion and bacon.

6Add enough mayonnaise to suit your taste.

7Add salt and pepper.
