  • 1 large can salmon
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Drain salmon, flake into a bowl and blend other ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a buttered dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until top is delicate brown.
