- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can salmon
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Soak bread crumbs in milk for 10 minutes.

3Blend salmon in the rest of the ingredients, except egg whites.

4Fold in salmon to egg whites.

5Put in greased loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes.
