- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 can salmon
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Soak bread crumbs in hot milk.

2Let cool a little; add eggs, baking powder and salmon.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
