- 1 large can salmon
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- pepper to taste
- paprika
Directions

1Drain and save liquid; flake salmon.

2Combine bread crumbs and seasonings with liquid.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Pack into greased loaf pan.

5Sprinkle paprika.

6Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

7Serve with tartar sauce or plain.
