  • 2 lb. salmon, drain and save juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. liquid (use salmon liquid and water, enough for 1 1/2 c.)
  • 3 c. coarsely crushed crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. onion
  • 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
