- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. shredded carrots
Directions

1Cream the sugar and oil for 2 minutes.

2Beat eggs in thoroughly. Add flour and beat until blended.

3Fold in carrots and nuts.

4Pour into well-greased and floured pans.

5May want to line entire pan with waxed paper.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
