Salmon Loaf(Appetizer)

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Red Sockeye salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • juice of 1 lime or 1/2 lemon
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley

Directions

    Flake salmon and remove skin and bones.

    Mix remaining ingredients except pecans and parsley.

    Mix well and chill. Prepare pecans.

    Chop fine and mix with parsley on wax paper. Shape salmon in desired shape.

    Roll in pecans.

    Chill.

    Garnish with black olives.

    Serve with crackers.
