- 1 c. Red Sockeye salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- juice of 1 lime or 1/2 lemon
- 1 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Flake salmon and remove skin and bones.

2Mix remaining ingredients except pecans and parsley.

3Mix well and chill. Prepare pecans.

4Chop fine and mix with parsley on wax paper. Shape salmon in desired shape.

5Roll in pecans.

6Chill.

7Garnish with black olives.

8Serve with crackers.
