  • 2 c. canned milk
  • 2/3 c. carton milk
  • 2 c. or more coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 pie shells

    Cook crusts for half cooking time. Sprinkle crusts with coconut before pouring custard in.
