- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. onion, grated
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients well.

2Refrigerate for 3 hours.

3Form into 2 logs; roll in finely chopped pecans and sprinkle parsley over top.
