Ingredients
- all-purpose flour, 17 pounds
- whole wheat flour, 8 pounds
- white sugar, 3 cups
- salt, 1/4 cup
- dry milk, 3 cups
- yeast, 1 1/4 cup
- vegetable oil, 2 1/4 cup
- warm water, 1 3/4 gallons
Directions

1Pour all dry ingredients into flour mixer with a dough hook and mix well.

2Gradually add water and oil and mix until dough is smooth, about 10-15 minute.

3Leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minute.

4Get trays with lips on them and grease as many as needed to fit 450 Clementine sized rolls.

5Tear off small pieses of the dough and rub them between your index finger and thumb so the dough is stretched and smooth.

6Shape the rolls - they should be just smaller then a Clementine and bigger than a golf ball - and place snugly on the trays.

7Put trays in a warm spot untill the rolls doubled in size.

8Bake in 350 degrees F oven until deep brown on top, be sure to rotate trays if oven heat is uneven.
