- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Remove skin and bones.

3Add all ingredients together in a small bowl.

4Mix well.

5Shape into log.

6Roll in chopped nuts.

7Chill and serve with crackers or raw veggies.
