- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn/peppers
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped (use pimentos sometimes)
- 2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- dash of garlic powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
