  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn/peppers
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped (use pimentos sometimes)
  • 2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • dash of garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
