  • 1 lb. can salmon (2 cups) drain, remove skin and bones
  • (smoked trout can be used)
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

Directions

    Mix together. Chill. Shape into roll or log or ball. Roll in mixture of 1/2 cup nuts and 3 teaspoons chopped parsley. Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
